1. Spray areas where cockroaches have been seen plus dark, warm, moist cracks and crevices where cockroaches like to hide. i.e. behind fridges, freezers, ovens, dishwashers, under sinks and cupboards, laundries, bathrooms etc.
2. Continue treatment for at least 3 months after seeing the last cockroach.
