NO Lawn Weeds Turfclean Concentrate
Summary
NO Lawn Weeds Turfclean – The Perfect Solution for the control of all types of annual and perennial broad leaf weeds including clovers in established lawns. NO Lawn Weeds Turfclean has a broader spectrum of activity and control than competing product available and even at double the recommended strength, Turfclean will not harm your lawn grasses*.
Weeds Controlled
NO Lawn weeds Turfclean controls a wide range of annual and perennial broad leaved weeds such as dandelion, catsear, daisies, cut-leaved geranium, chickweeds, clovers, Hydrocotyle, even Onehunga weed and others.
Directions
1 capful holds approximately 15mls. A recommended dilution rate is 10ml per litre of water and this should cover 10sq M of lawn.
Turfclean poisons weeds slowly. Do not mow lawns for 7 days after treatment.
“Lawnboy” sprayer application: 200mls or 15 capfuls of NO Lawn Weeds Turfclean in 12 litres of water over 200Sq M of lawn. Best results are obtained by 2 sprayings of 6 litres each.
Spot Treatment
Dandelion, catsear, daisy and other difficult weeds may be spot treated using a dilution of 30mls or 2 capfuls NO Lawn Weeds Turfclean per litre of water.
Hydrocotyle – First raise the PH level of the soil with an application of lime. Two weeks later follow up with a normal application of NO Lawn Weeds Turfclean (always add 3 capfuls of Kiwicare NO Waste Spray Stick to each 4.5 litres of mix).
Trees and Tree Stumps – For control of willows, poplars, privets and other trees which re-sprout from stumps; Mix 1 part of NO Lawn Weeds Turfclean into 4 parts of water and paint liberally onto all freshly cut stumps and surfaces.
*Note: Lawns younger than 2 months should not be treated. Lawns between 2 months and 6 month old can be treated with half strength dilution i.e. 5ml per litre.
Application
Apply Spring and Autumn when the weeds and turf are in vigorous growth. Do not apply if rain is expected within a few hours and avoid treatment following long periods of dry weather. NO Lawn weeds Turfclean is especially recommended for application to fine turf grasses in the home garden and recreational turf greens.
Caution
After using equipment rinse thoroughly with clean water. Surplus spray liquid and washings should not be disposed of in the garden near plants susceptible to hormone weed killers. It is advisable to use a separate sprayer for garden pest and disease control.
