New Planting
Planting and transplanting are stressful times for plants. It is important that plants are given the most encouragement in their new home.

• Check that the soil type is suitable for your plant.
• Check that the position is suitable for your plant. Some plants like to be in full sun others can only tolerate shade.
• Ensure they have enough moisture in the soil. Water the dug hole thoroughly before and after planting.
• Planting and replanting inevitably damages the fine roots of a plant and these should be protected from infection from disease. Use NO Root Rot Aliette.
• Give the plant's own immune system a boost with fertilizer and foliar feed such as Agrogreen organic liquid or the new BioGro certified Organic Fertiliser.

Transplanting
When transplanting the root systems are damaged and this might allow attack from fungal diseases such as phytopthera. Treat the roots with NO Root Rot Aliette to protect the plant during recovery from transplanting damage.

Healthy Growth
Plants need nutrients taken up through the roots from the soil and also from rain in through the leaves. A good nutrient balance promotes healthy growth and the plant's own immune system.
