Insecticides - Residual (long lasting)

Residual insecticides are long lasting surface sprays and slow release granules. These are used to give control of insects over several months.

Pyrethroid insecticides are broken down by Ultra Violet light. Natural pyrethrum is broken down quickly but many synthetic pyrethroids are designed to resist UV light and remain active for longer periods. Many Kiwicare products contain Deltamethrin or Permethrin which will remain effective for 3 months or more depending on the exposure to UV light. Borer products that penetrate deep into timber are protected from UV will last many years.

Kiwicare produces a range of products for specific pests; ants, borer, carpet beetle, cockroaches, flies, mosquitoes, silverfish, spiders and wasps.

NO Bugs Super is an excellent general purpose residual insecticide that will control all listed pests and many more insects and other 'creepy crawlies'.
