If you feel that your product isn't working for you, please complete our customer feedback form.  One of our Kiwicare Garden specialists will contact you to discuss your problem and advise you on ways to improve product effectiveness. If this does not resolve the issue we will offer you an alternative product or a refund.

Satisfaction Guarantee Terms and Conditions:

  1. Guarantee applies to all products in our Kiwicare Garden Organic range.
  2. The product must have been used for the correct purpose and as directed on the label.
  3. The product must have been purchased within the last 3 months.
  4. To receive a refund you must be able to provide proof of purchase (i.e. store receipt)

If the above conditions have been met, you will be offered:

  • A replacement of the same product at no charge,
  • or a replacement of an alternative product at no charge,
  • or, if we can’t offer a suitable alternative, you will then be offered a refund for the value of the returned product.
