Terms & Conditions

1. All entries must be received by the time stated on each individual post.
2. To enter, entrants must comment on the giveaway Facebook or Instagram post.
3. By entering this competition each entrant confirms that his/her entry is his or her own.
4. The following people are excluded from entering: (a) All Kiwicare employees, all employees of participating promoters and/or advertising agencies, and their immediate families. (b) All people under the age of 16.
5. Entrants may only submit 1 (one) comment/entry. Duplicate entries will be removed.
6. Each winner (one (1) per post giveaway) will be randomly drawn by Kiwicare.
7. Each prize pack is specified on the giveaway post.
8. All prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Kiwicare reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
9. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
10. The winners will be announced and notified the day of the competition's completion. Winners must claim their prize within 7 days of Kiwicare sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and Kiwicare reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules. Kiwicare’s decision is final.
11. Kiwicare will manage this competition.
12. This competition is open to New Zealand residents only.
13. By entering this competition, you agree to be providing content to Kiwicare.
14. By submitting an entry, each entrant grants Kiwicare a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to edit, publish, translate, modify, adapt, make available and distribute the entry throughout the world in any media now known or hereafter invented.
15. By entering this competition, you are agreeing that Kiwicare may publish your entry in full, or part, and edited as they see fit, in their promotional material and across their social media channels.
16. Kiwicare takes your privacy seriously. We will not sell, give or disclose your Facebook profile to third parties.
17. This promotion is run by Kiwicare and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. By entering the promotion you agree that we, the prize provider(s), and Facebook, will have no liability, and will be held harmless from and against any liability or loss, including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, for all matters related to your acceptance, possession, experience with, use or misuse of the prize or participation in the promotion.
