The Prize

Two winners will receive Kiwicare autumn lawn prize packs. Each pack includes:

• 1x Atlas Trade Sprung 18T Lawn Leaf Rake (RRP $34.98)
• 1x LawnPro Turfclean&Green+D-Thatch (RRP $29.99)
• 1x LawnPro LawnPro Fungus Control (RRP $22.95)
• 1x LawnPro 7 Day Green Refill 2.8kg (RRP $29.99)

Total RRP of the prize is worth $117.91 each.

Terms & Conditions

1. All entries must be received by 5pm 6th April 2020.
2. To enter, entrants must comment on the pinned giveaway Facebook post tagging/naming a friend or family member whose lawn you envy.
3. By entering this competition each entrant confirms that his/her entry is his or her own.
4. The following people are excluded from entering: (a) All Kiwicare employees, all employees of participating promoters and/or advertising agencies and their immediate families. (b) All people under the age of 16.
5. Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish but no entrant may win more than one prize.
6. Two winners will be randomly drawn by Kiwicare and their agent, TimeZoneOne.
7. Each of the two prizes contains:1x Atlas Trade sprung 18T Lawn Leaf Rake (RRP $34.98), 1x LawnPro Turfclean&Green+D-Thatch (RRP $29.99), 1x LawnPro LawnPro Fungus Control (RRP $22.95), 1x LawnPro 7 Day Green Refill 2.8kg (RRP $29.99).
8. All prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Kiwicare reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
9. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
10. The winners will be announced and notified the week following the closure of the competition. Winners must claim their prize within 30 days of Kiwicare sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and Kiwicare reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules. Kiwicare’s decision is final.
11. Kiwicare and their agent, TimeZoneOne, will manage this competition.
12. This competition is open to New Zealand residents only.
13. By entering this competition, you agree to be providing imagery and content to Kiwicare.
14. By submitting an entry, each entrant grants Kiwicare a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to edit, publish, translate, modify, adapt, make available and distribute the entry throughout the world in any media now known or hereafter invented.
15. Each entrant confirms that anyone depicted in an entry has given their permission for the inclusion of their image in the entry and the use of the entry including their image by the entrant and Kiwicare.
16. By entering this competition, you are agreeing that Kiwicare may publish your entry in full, or part, and edited as they see fit, in their promotional material and across their social media channels.
17. Kiwicare takes your privacy seriously. We will not sell, give or disclose your Facebook profile to third parties.
