Fungicide and Bactericide. For control of a wide range of fungal and bacterial diseases on fruits, vegetables and ornamentals.
Protectant copper fungicide used for the control of many diseases on fruit, vegetable and ornamentals. Copper fungicides work by preventing spore germination and can act at several stages in fungus development. Coverage is therefore far more important than the quantity of actual copper on the plant surface, and that is why particle size is important.
- Ultra-fine particle size provides superior coverage and adhesion for maximum protection from fungal and bacterial diseases (70% of particles are less than one micron)

- Shake well before use.
- Apply via a pressure sprayer using nozzles and pressure which produce a fine to medium spray.
- Dilute at a rate of 3-4 ml per litre of water.; 15-20 ml per 5 litre pressure sprayer.
- Apply to point of run off on both sides of foliage.
- Apply when disease first appears and repeat at 10-14 day intervals while conditions encourage infection.
- For control of leaf-curl and bladder plum, apply at bud swelling and repeat after 10-14 days.
- For control of bacterial blast, first prune out all dead and diseased woody tissue, then apply at leaf fall, mid-winter and then as for leaf curl.
- Use higher rate only if disease pressure is high, i.e. during warm, humid weather.

- Shake well before application and continue to shake regularly during use.
- Ensure complete coverage of plant including undersides of leaves for full protection.
- Use as part of your Winter Spray Programme.
- Do not apply in hot weather above 35 ºC.
- Do not apply to wet crops or if it is likely to rain before spray is completely dry.
- Copper sprays may be phytotoxic to kiwifruit, pipfruit and some delicate plants; trial a small portion or area to determine safety and if damage becomes evident discontinue use.
- May increase frost sensitivity of lettuces and cabbages.
- Pathogen resistance may develop (especially with bacteria) with persistent product application. Use alternative control measures if there are indications of loss of efficacy. Contact Kiwicare if assistance required.
