Weed Weapon Invade Gel SDS

1. Cut down below the lowest green growth of the weed.
2. Hold bottle upside down, with the brush against the stem and squeeze bottle.
3. Immediately apply a thick layer to cover the cut surface.
   1. For ivy and other creeping weeds: 
      
      1. Cut the weed back as much as possible, leaving approximately 20 leaves on the stem of each root system.
      2. Apply a thick layer on the cut surface and both the upper and lower surfaces of the leaves.
   2. Spot treatment of weeds in lawns: 
      1. Wearing waterproof gloves, paint gel onto lawn weeds such as kikuyu, paspalum, couch / twitch, poa and others.
      2. When spot treating weeds in your lawn, apply the gel with care. Use only enough product to cover the leaves of the weed, avoiding excessive application. This helps minimise the risk of unintentional harm to your lawn as Weed Weapon Invade Gel will kill lawn grasses.
      3. After applying the gel, it is crucial to allow sufficient drying time before allowing any traffic on the lawn. The drying time is approximately 12 hours, but this can vary depending on weather conditions. Ensure the product is fully dry to prevent inadvertent spreading. The bright colour will assist to identify the treated areas.

• Read instructions thoroughly before use.
• Wear eye protection and waterproof gloves during application. This product, unlike other gel herbicides, is brightly red–coloured so that treated stumps, weed cut ends and contact can be easily seen.
• Avoid eye and skin contact, may cause irritation. Wash hands and exposed skin after use.
• Do not mow the treated area of your lawn for two weeks after application. This precaution helps prevent the spreading of the herbicide and allows the treatment to be fully effective. The same rules around not mowing for 2 weeks also apply for robotic lawn mowers. If you use a robotic lawn mower, be sure to either turn it off completely or adjust the timings for your mowing before applying the Weed Weapon Invade Gel. If forgotten, it can lead to the weed killer being tracked across your lawn, killing off patches of grass as it goes.
• Do not use when rain is due within 12 hours.
• Harmful to aquatic life. Collect spillage. Avoid release to the environment. Do not use on or around food or animal feed producing plants.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Store this product in an upright position where temperatures will remain between 0°C and 30°C, away from children and foodstuffs.

• Read instructions thoroughly before use and retain instructions label for future reference.
• Invade Gel can also be used to control difficult to kill creeping and vine weeds such as old man's beard, convolvulus, ivy and wandering willie. In this case cut the weeds back to leave several leaves in the bottom. Immediately apply Invade Gel to leaves and cut ends.
• Ensure treated leaves or stumps do not come into contact with desirable plants.
• If treating your lawn, be sure to read the 'Directions' section above to avoid damage to the rest of your lawn.

• Apply the gel when dry weather is expected for at least 12 hours post–application to ensure optimal drying and effectiveness.

• For best results, apply gel within 15 seconds of cutting weed and do not brush vigorously – avoid foaming gel.

• Best applied when growth is active in spring and autumn.

• Some weeds may require an additional or further application.
